Andy Peabody, founder of Blue Dog Brand Works, has been working in the profession of international brand management since 1987. Formerly Vice-President and General Manager of Swiss Army Brands/Victorinox promotional advertising division, Andy is in an exceptional position to understand the needs of corporate sales, marketing, and human resource departments.
His uncommon access to elite brands and product development comes not only from unique product distribution and pricing advantages secured by Blue Dog Brand Works, but perhaps even more importantly, it is based on years of relationships with these companies and an intimate understanding of their brands and product portfolios. His in-depth understanding of these brands and their capabilities is a singular feature of Andy's ability to create distinctive promotional programs.
Andy also works with a number of brands and manufacturers, helping them to enter the promotional markets sales channel by creating promotional marketing strategies as well as freestanding divisions within their companies. This ongoing experience with the emerging promotional marketplace helps Blue Dog create fresh, dynamic, and unique merchandise and brand range that enables clients to fully realize their own professional relationship-building goals.
Andy also serves on the Presidential Marketing Council for Colorado College to help them improve their relationship-building and fundraising efforts.
Hanna Steffian is an art director and graphic designer who has also exhibited as a professional artist. Having worked in ad agencies as well as corporate in-house art departments, she has extensive experience with brand identity and development. After years of working in the art department at Charrette, a supplier of art, architectural, design and engineering supplies, Hanna started her own graphic design business. Her clients represented a broad range: The Ms. Foundation for Women in New York, ANRI - a Swiss company that makes precious collectibles, and Swiss Army Brands, to name a few. Her well-rounded background and highly-developed, distinctive visual sense are invaluable assets when refining the graphic details of any promotional campaign.
Prior to starting the Boston operations of Blue Dog Brand Works, Brian O'Shea managed the Northeast Sales for Swiss Army Brands, successfully expanding the region and the reach of the brand. During his tenure at Swiss Army Brands Brian built many strong relationships with key accounts including Blue Dog Brand Works. As Blue Dog is the largest promotional agency for Swiss Army Brands in the Northeast, we provided a natural partnership for Brian.
Brian worked for over 7 years with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), one of the largest North American paint manufacturers. His responsibility during his tenure at ICI grew from Sales Rep to overseeing 60 million dollars of sales volume managing a major home center account. Brian wa also a National Account Mangager for General Paint & Manufacturing in Chicago for over three years developing products for companies like Valspar, ICI, and Cabot Stain. A seasoned and successful sales professional, Brian continually draws from his 10+ years of sales management in the paint and coatings industry and his unique expertise in promotional advertising with Swiss Army Brands.
Brian is a proud alum of Westfield State College. He is married to wife Stacy, and has three children: Jack age 4, Sam 3, and Emily 1. When not playing with his kids, he enjoys playing golf and any other activity that gets him outdoors.
