If you are awarding your audience for the achievement of specific goals, the merchandise should either be imprinted in a very subtle manner or not at all (remember, you are rewarding them and not using them as a billboard for your own marketing agenda).

If the gift is given at the discretion of your company, and is not attached to any pre-determined achievement, imprinting the merchandise is suggested in most cases.

Product price points can also play a part in these decisions. A simple rule to follow -

The more expensive the gift or award the more subtle the logo branding should be.

This process allows you to view your imprint as it will actually appear on your product of choice. Most often, this can be e-mailed to you at no cost and can be done in a matter of days, not weeks.

An EPS format is the most universally accepted vector artwork and will help to create best reproduction of your logo and/or imprint. Also, include with your artwork the desired PMS (pantone matching system) colors for your imprint.
